Visions of a Moment was held in the Civic Library Saturday, 24 August 2024 to Wednesday, 25 September 2024 – a visual journey through 64 images capturing moments in time.
From the formation of an idea to the moment of exposure – in photography, vision is the power of observation; it’s how you notice things that are worth capturing, how you document things that are worth remembering, how you see stories that are worth telling.
Beautifully captured through the lenses of the club’s members, where there are no restrictions on specific genres of photography, this showcase of 64 images include nature, underwater, astro, landscape, architectural, portrait, abstract, wildlife and composite photography.
The launch event featured Southside Camera Club president Professor Richard Arculus opening the exhibition and members speaking about their works. See the flyer
